Notes
Source water volumes are recorded using approximately 1g per mL. Pour times and completion ranges may vary with the coffee's drawdown.
The source dose is 26–28g; this page uses its lower endpoint of 26g.
Use the V4 Narrow with the FAST bottom. Grind slightly coarser for the V4 Wide.
Grind coarser for the CLASSIC bottom, and increase central pouring with the OPEN or APEX bottom.
Grind slightly finer when changing to OREA WAVE or SIBARIST FAST paper.
As with The Aussie, begin each new pour when the bed becomes visible, but use about 5g/s for the larger two-cup brew.
